CEO & Chief Pilot

Graeme is the founder and strategic leader of TAG Droneworks. With a deep commitment to understanding customer needs, planning and operational safety, he leads every mission with precision and professionalism.

As Chief Pilot, Graeme ensures that each flight is planned and undertaken in a way that delivers to the customer requirements, is safe and meets all regulatory requirements.

Graeme's career background in large business ownership shapes TAG Droneworks desire to develop close and long term partnerships with all of its customers.

Alexey Joy

Drone Camera Operator / Assistant

Alexey is the creative force behind the lens. As TAG Droneworks’ dedicated camera operator, he specialises in dynamic aerial cinematography using dual-operator systems. His intuitive framing, smooth gimbal control, and cinematic instincts bring every shot to life - whether capturing sweeping landscapes, architectural detail, or fast-paced action. Alexey’s artistry ensures that TAG’s footage meets the highest standards of visual storytelling.

When not operating the camera, Alexey assists Graeme to deliver the drone services that TAG Droneworks provide to the Farming, Forestry and Infrastructure sectors.

Together, Graeme and Alexey form a cohesive aerial team committed to delivering great outcomes for all TAG Droneworks customers.
